Official Membership

Rogue Operator Team ("ROT") is an 18+ gaming community. Official membership is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

A person is an official member of ROT only if all of the following conditions are met:

• They have submitted an application for membership.
• Their application has been reviewed and formally approved by ROT leadership.
• Their gamer tag appears on the Official Members list published on this website.
• They have been granted access to ROT's official Discord server and internal communication channels.

Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. An application is a request to be considered for membership only. ROT reserves the absolute right to approve or decline any application, with or without providing a reason.

If a person's gamer tag does not appear on the Official Members list, they are not an official member of Rogue Operator Team, regardless of whether they use the ROT clan tag in-game, on social media, or on any other platform.

Unauthorized Use of the ROT Clan Tag

The ROT clan tag may be used by members of the gaming community without the knowledge or permission of Rogue Operator Team.

Any individual using the ROT clan tag who is not listed as an official member is not affiliated with, authorized by, employed by, or acting on behalf of Rogue Operator Team.

Such individuals have no authority whatsoever to represent ROT in any capacity. Their opinions, statements, conduct, gameplay, streams, social media activity, or any other actions are solely their own and do not represent the views, policies, or actions of Rogue Operator Team.

Age Policy

Rogue Operator Team is an adult gaming community intended for players aged 18 and over. As a general rule, ROT does not recruit or accept new members under the age of 18.

Existing members accepted before the adoption of this policy may remain members at the discretion of ROT leadership.

In exceptional circumstances, the child of an official member may participate in games with ROT under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian. Such participation does not create a general exception to the 18+ membership policy and does not entitle any other minor to membership.

Responsibility for Conduct

Rogue Operator Team accepts responsibility only for individuals who are officially recognised members and only while they are acting as authorised representatives of the community.

ROT accepts no responsibility for the independent conduct, statements, behaviour, gameplay, streaming activities, social media content, or any other actions of individuals who are not official members of Rogue Operator Team.

False Representation

Any individual who falsely claims to be an official member or representative of Rogue Operator Team, or who creates the impression that they are authorised to act on behalf of ROT when they are not, does so without permission or authority.

Rogue Operator Team reserves the right to publicly clarify that such an individual is not affiliated with the organisation and to request the removal of any false claim of official membership or representation.

Reservation of Rights

Rogue Operator Team reserves the right to amend its membership requirements, community rules, and policies at any time without prior notice.

Membership may be suspended or revoked at the sole discretion of ROT leadership if a member no longer meets the standards or expectations of the community.
